I went to buy cigars for my brother's birthday, I was so impressed with the store! They had a huge selection and the store was so sophisticated and they had a wide price range as well. They also had a lot of other men's skin care lines and soap etc as well as amazing cigars. I'm really happy I went there! Paolo gave great customer service!

I went in to buy a cigar and came out with an awesome selection as well as after shave and a cigar lighter. The staff is very knowledgeable, and honest helping you to find whatever you are looking for. I won't buy cigars anywhere else now. It's a one stop shop for cigar lovers alike. Highly recommended.

I just recently tried my first Cuban cigar in the Dominican Republic. I don't know too much about cigars but that didn't matter when coming here. Paul introduced me to some cuban cigars and made me feel like I came to the right place. He's really genuine and knows what he's talking about.
I am from California and now that we can bring Cubans back to the states, I think every American traveling abroad should pick some up. If you do, get them from this place !!!! Trust me. If you don't know what your looking for in particular it doesn't matter, they'll help you

My son and I decided we'd like to build cigar box guitars, so I called Revolucion to see about acquiring a few nice cigar boxes. Paul, the proprietor, was immediately amenable to the idea, and began setting aside some of his nicest boxes for us.
Some time later, he called stating he had a number of boxes ready for pickup. When we arrived, we were graced with a dozen solid wood boxes, for which he refused payment. I was so surprised and delighted that I picked out several lovely Romeo y Julietas in an attempt to repay his astonishing kindness.

I am upset I did not know about this store earlier :(
I finally found a place that cares about the customer and is willing to go the extra mile to help.
If there was an Oscar for best customer service and the sweetest smile the Lady that helped me today would get my vote.
I will recommend this as the best place for anyone starting out to visit before any other store, the prices are by far the most reasonable I have seen, It is worth the trip to visit the store. If there were only more store's like this the world would be a happier place to shop.

Most times I've gone in this shop the guy behind the counter couldn't be bothered to get off the phone to acknowledge me or offer any help.
I went in recently to buy a new Cigar torch and while there also picked up a new cutter. I showed my membership card from our local cigar club and thought this might alert the salesman that I could easily become a regular customer.
When I asked him if he'd fill the lighter with fuel so I could use it right away he grudgingly filled it about 1/4 full.
What he saved in lighter fuel he's lost on future sales as I won't be back. That

I think this is the best gift shop for men, anywhere in Vancouver, plus fantastic selection of Cigars at any price point.
I've been visiting Revolucion since they opened as it's on my way to work. The owners are some of the nicest guys you ever meet, they have very unique gifts, mostly for men, and their prices are also very reasonable for quality of products offered.

If your stuck on a gift for buddy or family member hit this place up for great service and products. Oh, and I forgot to mention the wall of cigars!
I got the Lamp Berger from my girlfriend as a grad present. The thing made my apartment smell amazing! Unfortunately, there was a defective part in the lamp. I took it back to the shop and the guys replaced the part no questions asked!
The shaving equipment is second to none. No more paying 17$ for Schick and Gillette Products! One small investment on a double edge razor and I was on my way to a closer
