Heartwood Gifts is a small family-run online gift shop based on Canada's West Coast in the beautiful neighbourhood of West Cloverdale, located in Surrey, British Columbia. With our business and four home-schooled children, there is never a dull moment in this household! We established back in 2006, and quickly garnered a loyal local following by attending craft markets.
PICK UP: for those wishing to pick up at our location in the West Cloverdale neighbourhood of Surrey, BC, there is a pick up option in the checkout. Once your sign is ready, we will email you to make arrangements for a date and time for you to pick up. US shipments are shipped with Chit Chats. This is an intermediary shipping courier that delivers packages to Blaine, WA and hands them over to UPS or USPS allow 5-9 bus.

Beautiful product, with phenomenal customer service like I’ve never experienced before. I was ordering a set of pens as a gift, and Curtis was kind enough to email me photos of the personalized product before mailing it to the recipient so I could see what it looked like, and then also gift wrapped the set for me and included a note card with my message to the recipient. Very friendly, fast, and responsive service.

Beautiful Company engravement on this rustic leather notebook with natural leather. Outstanding. We ordered 60 of these. Deadline was met, (Earlier than expected), Customer Service Fantastic.
