I brought them my blown Harmon Kardon speaker from the subwoofer in my car. ($550 replacement cost)
They had it repaired and back in my hands the same day for under $80 as good as new. They are my new go to place for repairing electronics - TVs, stereos, speakers. You name it they probably can repair it.

Don't go here!
Took our 55" LG in for a repair, was quoted 150-200 then they informed us it would be 350+. This is ridiculous, our TV just had a loose connection as the TV would just turn black and come back on.
They're going to fix it and turn around and sell it for profit! This business is a scam....
The woman on the phone was rude and they don't follow covid rules, no masks. We had to call them to follow up as well, they never called us?
Charged the 75 fee to tell us it was going to be WAY more than quoted.

Well what started as an excelent service experience now needs to be changed to one of the worst experiences I have ever had. They started strong and were willing to help me with my 1985 chev beretta digital dash display. They did some service work on the display. Then quoted me $60 for the service. I was in my work uniform with both my name and shop info in bright lettering. I pull my bank card to do a no touch tap payment on my debit card and was informed that it needed to be cash. I explained that I don't use cash with the troubles in the world right now. I asked what time they closed as I could

To begin, I was concerned about bringing my Marantz receiver in for repair. However, I am very happy that I did. My Marantz SR7007 had a bad right channel and since this unit has much more components than vintage equipment I was worried that it wasn't going to be repairable or the repair was going to be expensive.
I dropped off my receiver on Friday, and by the following Friday they had called me back explaining the problem and how much it was to fix said problem. My $75.00 deposit was used towards the repair and ended up getting my unit fixed for about $250.00.
Definitely worth the drive and

Dropped off a receiver for repair and was told it would be a week. Three weeks later and no word, called and was told the technician had not yet looked at it but would maybe be in that day and would do so.
Another week goes by, still no word, go in to pick it up and still nobody has even looked at it. At least they refunded my deposit without argument.
None of the staff wore masks properly and some didn’t even bother to try. The guy that works the front desk was rude both times I dealt with home, although his colleague (older lady) was very sweet and apologetic about the whole thing.

Brought in an older Paradigm sub that wasn't getting a signal. Problem was diagnosed and fixed for a fraction of the cost of a new one. Great service experience, so I brought in an older Marantz 8002 receiver that wasn't putting out sound to multi room. Problem was fixed with estimate fee, even found a small termination screw for banana clip that was lost before i left to make sure I was good to go. Very happy with quality and care, highly recommended for any electronic repairs.

No, their customer service finesse will not leave you feeling warm and fuzzy like you just walked into the fairmont hotel. I'm a chiropractor who uses unusual diagnostic technical electronics and compared to the medical suppliers that sell me these electronics they are extremely fair in their pricing and they can handle complex jobs. I've also been taking my home electronics there for years and they always get the job done well and usually on time. I'll dock them a star for not being a little more friendly in the explaining of things but they do fine work at a fair price.

Customer Service... there is none.
Was told by Visions (Clairview) to take my Onkyo amp down to this place for warranty work to save some time. I had the original receipt and extended warranty. I was then ask to provide a receipt from over 10 years before that was for a replacement amp that I also had the receipts and extended warranty for. This was to much for the customer service to handle / process. I was told I had no warranty and when I tried to prove that I did they would not even look at the receipt stating "Its to complicated for us to deal with". The amp is now going back to

Located in a southside industrial area in an unpretentious strip mall, the reception area is tiny, noisy and shabby looking. The reception staff is unenthusiastic and ignore you for several minutes before serving you. What you see is what you get with Electronics Analyst.
This is one of those businesses to avoid if you have an older technology to repairs. They won't look for hard-to get parts and if you press for more information about your unit, they don't return telephone calls or answer e-mails, especially when they've got your money. The service on pickup is just as rotten
