I needed to get a new keyboard for my laptop. I was told it would take 6 weeks to arrive. When the keyboard arrived, it was the wrong one. A 2nd keyboard was ordered and 6 weeks later it arrived. It was also the wrong keyboard. The last time I dropped off the laptop it was returned to me with both the keyboard and the fan not attached - so I had to return again. I spoke with one of the managers and he was very apologetic, and said this was unacceptable and he would talk to the technicians about it. Short story - nice people and staff, but this experience makes me wonder whether I would ever do

The manager was very nice and very informative. He open up my 2017 Mac Book Pro to see if he could upgrade my memory but unfortunately he couldn't because Apple is dumb like that. But he blew it out with compressed air and told me it was free of charge. That was very nice of him, I'll definitely stop by if I actually have an issue they can fix.

Had a Laptop screen replaced here and was very happy. Fast, affordable and good workmanship 5/5. Thought I’d bring in a Micro SD Card here to retrieve the lost data on it. I was told they couldn’t access it but might be able to in 5 months, (with a new machine they were planning on purchasing). 5 months later no call or follow up and now they had apparently lost/misplaced or given my card to another customer? I was finally able to get the Card back, (with no retrieved data) after pursuing the issue and calling to complain 3/5. In all fairness to PCWhoop, I believe the Data Recovery aspect of

Brought in my acer i7 for a simple node repair. I was delighted until 15 min into using it the laptop shut off. Brought it in today and I get a call that my mother board is shot. I'm now out 110 AND a $700 computer. Absolute SCAM

Told me he just stepped out of the office after being put on hold to get him. In actualyity the manager\owner has been on vacation in China for 5 months. Still an ABSOLUTE SCAM!

I needed a simple repair done on my work laptop. I called multiple businesses and was given outrageous quotes and prices. I was even told that I had to buy extra parts and provide my own parts for the repair.
I called PCwhoop. They were able to do the repair (without me having to order parts prior to taking it in) also, the turnaround time was phenomenal; far less then any other place I called previously.

Left my laptop with them in October and it's still there. They called once after 2 weeks to tell me what needed to be done and then nothing. I've always been the one reaching out for an update and have always been told that "the tech will call you back". Never have I been called back by the tech, ever. I understand the constraints with Covid going on but they can atleast call to update their customers once in a while. Waiting to call this week and just take my laptop back to bring it elsewhere.

I hate leaving lukewarm reviews but I probably won't be returning to PC whoop. Some of the staff members are really nice but others not so much. I dropped my macbook here to get fixed and they told me they needed to install a new keyboard and suggested I get a new hair drive as well. Since I haven't had issues with the hard drive I decided just to get the keyboard fixed. Fast forward to a month and a half later( I was out of the country) they still did not do any repairs on my laptop. Apparently they forgot to since they wanted to wait to see if I will change my mind on the hard drive

Just an update, it turns out that the new battery ordered doesn't work because there is an underlying motherboard issue with the charging circuit. Motherboard problems are difficult to fix and it's not profitable. Computer techs still have mouths to feed. However, I can still use my laptop without the battery. I still recommend this place because I had speedy and great service here, the staff are friendly and will be honest to you. The senior computer tech also took the time to explain everything to me.

I thought the battery was toast on my 7 year old laptop and phoned to see if they by chance had a replacement, which they did, however upon inspection and asking questions found out it wasn't the battery but something else. They diagnosed the problem, the motherboard was fried, and fixed it. I am ecstatic beyond words as I had pictures and other things that I would have lost forever. They were polite, extremely knowledgeable and fixed the computer on time and in line with the amount they quoted.

Brand new to EDM, my laptop AC adapter (aka my lifeline) conked out suddenly, and after some freaking out and furious searching while my battery ran down, I rushed myself to this place right quick. They had the right kind in stock (relief), it worked, and $10 bucks later my life was back on track. They were quick, friendly, and had what I needed. What more could you ask for?
