Since 1980, for over 30 years Terry and Sandy Johnson have continued the tradition where high end service is the top priority. The marina was the second Evinrude dealership in Canada in 1932 and we continue to be a top line dealer for Evinrude and other related products like Johnson outboards and Cobra stern drives.
Exit 189 MacTier off the 400; Head north approximately 12km until you reach Hamer Bay Road, turn right; Drive another 1-2 km until you see our sign, turn right. We are located next door to Delta Rocky Crest Resort. Exit 207 off the 400. Turn left at the stop sign. Turn right onto Lake Joseph Road South.

Very helpful and actually listen to your questions and offer great advice/ tips.
Ben was very helpful and knowledgeable and great to talk to when it came to all of our questions. This time around was gauges and selecting the optimal propeller to get maximum performance out of our boat.
One of they few places left that actually care about customer service, someone saying hello and asking if they can help as soon as you walk through the door.

So I endorsed Hamer Bay Marine more or less as a courtesy as I knew the owner, since retired, and respected him. However, I just had one of the worst service experiences in my life over a simple repair to an Evinrude 9.9 hp motor that I dropped off for repairs last September. I only just got it back, June 22, after many phone calls that were never returned. I finally blew up at some poor woman at the end of the line and then was called back.I don't know why I was treated so badly but I don't want anyone else to experience that kind of "service"

I was speaking to Terry from parts I believe about a power steering issue and he was an absolute wealth of knowledge and experience. He helped me out towards a repair path and added info on problem areas, design recalls etc. This group definitely are professional, honest and know what they are doing. I have also ordered parts from them in the past that arrived quickly.
