I had requested that the boat’s interior vinyl be cleaned, the stainless rub rail around the windscreen polished and the hull waxed.
I was charged for work that never happened with respect to the vinyl cleaning and the rub rail polish. The boat went back into the water after I had spoken to the customer relations manager (owners son) face to face and via phone and text on several occasions about a rectification to have the work completed. The boat went back into the water with wax left on the hull after I had several conversations about my concerns
