Responsive and on time but they could not snake the drain because the plugged outside drain pipe was frozen at the inlet due to a sudden cold snap. I felt they should have suspected this and warned me prior to the visit since they knew the outdoor pipe was plugged. Regardless, I didn't complain and I expected a basic service charge of $ 75 or so for the 5 minutes they were here. But I was taken aback when told the call would cost me $169.50 tax in. I felt this was very pricey but again I didn't complain because I learned a lesson - I'll rent an electric eel and do it myself next time.

When I first call RFG to quote the job for my Backflow valve and Sum Pump to stop my basement flooding. Brandon came out and from the beginning, personally, I do like Brandon and would like him to do the job for me and that is why I waited for almost 2 months for him because he was busy with his personal schedule.
I really want to give good rating for this company but I cannot because they did not do the good job as they promised. I am sharing my experience and writing this review to make sure if you would like them to do your jobs or not.

Called these individuals Jan 23 to run an eel down a drainage pipe which was known to be the problem, these guys ran an eel and told the 94 yr old woman whom owns the house that there was nothing they could do since there was oil plugging things up to report to the city that someone was dumping oil. When I spoke to the inspector he asked me who came up with that oil story I told him RFG he told me the guy must be crazy and when I told him they charged her 320.00 to accomplish nothing he said this guy is obviously dishonest call another plumber which I did 15 minutes later he had everything working
