Our founder, Luca Policella, started his business in 1989 working out of a garage as a one-man show. As business increasingly picked up, a larger team of skilled plumbers were hired and an establishment was purchased on Oak Street in Leamington, Ontario to meet the increasing need for more space and a larger clientele.
Eventually due to company growth, a new and much larger building was built in 1997 sitting at over 7500 square feet at 162 Oak Street West in Leamington, Ontario. Policella Plumbing has proudly grown into a reputable company with over 12 employees and is eagerly looking forward to future development.

I called on Wed 15 Dec 2021 to book an appointment and the person on the phone said that he'll call me back the next day. Next day comes and asked me if I can meet him in 15 minutes at 3:00 pm! I pushed the apt to 3:30pm but made it at 3:45 pm (15 minutes late.) The guy refused to shake hands and was very rude the way he spoke to me. When I asked why he's treating me this way he wanted to give me Time Management Lessons! I stopped him and asked him to leave.. that's when he started swearing at me. Because of this incident, this guy lost a $10k worth of business. I wouldn't recommend this company

This company’s professionalism is absolutely unacceptable. From refusing to comply with our Covid protocol to harassing my employees, and belittling them, I’ve never been so disgusted with a service before.
We will never use this company again and I strongly suggest those reading this do not take a chance on this company.
