Tailor Made Insurance has been an independent insurance broker for residents and businesses, operating as a local, family-owned firm since 1993. Basic home insurance policies do not generally cover damage to above-ground swimming pools. It is, however, possible to obtain additional coverage to protect yourself against anything that could damage your above-ground swimming pool, with the exception of normal wear. Unlike most other insurance companies, the basic Intact Insurance home insurance policy covers damage caused to in-ground swimming pools.
Precious keepsakes and other valuables, such as jewellery, are best kept in a safety deposit box. In case of loss, your insurance can help with the monetary value, but their sentimental value is irreplaceable. According to the Insurance Bureau of Canada, police cannot identify about 20% of the stolen property they recover.

Poor customer service. They called us and left a message saying that there were errors on our policy and also advised that they had charged us too much. Tried calling many times only to be told that they were too busy with other clients to take our calls. We even got hung up on.
When we finally talked they were even too busy to pull up our file to discuss the errors and over charge.
Was told that they would look into it but still to date no call or answers.

I have dealt with Tailor Made for as long as I can remember Colin Knott always went above and beyond to accommodate me and my insurance needs.
Apples do not fall far from the tree!! Recently after purchasing a new vehicle I got put through to Colton's Voicemail. Part of the Knott family (Greg's son) He returned my call with in the hour. Was dedicated, patient and I truly felt like he jumped through hoops for me to make me happy. Well trained, knowledgeable and very pleasant and patient.
