William Marks graduated from the University of New Brunswick Law School in 1991 after having obtained an undergraduate Bachelor Degree (Honors) in Psychology and Criminology. William Marks was called to the Ontario Bar in 1993 and had been in private practice ever since. Mr. Marks' practice focused primarily on corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on the purchase and sale of privately owned businesses.

What a pleasure it has been to work with Marks & Ciraco on the recent closing for our house. Our experience has been nothing but awesome! This is our first home and we heard so many stories about closings that were stressful/delayed. This was not the case with Denise, Anna, Joseph, and team. They were always on top of everything, and always responsive to our questions; they made us feel stress free on the whole process. Great Corporate Law firm. William Marks assisted me with the purchase of a new business for a restaurant. Fees were very reasonable and he patiently answered all of my questions. He returns calls and e-mails on the same day which is rare these days. He handled everything including the transfer of the liquor licence and insured that I was legally protected. Lawyer was very knowledgeable and it was obvious that he is an expert in purchasing businesses.
