Its nearly impossible to get an appt when you need one n very poor office staff.

Had hurt my back really bad a couple of years ago and called to see if I could see the doctor - explained to the receptionist that I had to crawl up the steps - got an appt 3/4 weeks later!!!

Recently I had run out of refills on my prescription - pharmacy sent a multiple request and I called in but was informed I needed to come in to see the doctor - got an appt 1 mth later and was lectured by the receptionist that I should be aware of how many refills I had left.

I signed up as a patient of Dr.Chin - the office inf me abt a yr ago that I was assigned to a new doctor in the same office and I had no choice of choosing my doctor!!!

Would never recommend anyone there.

Dr. Patel is the best. She provides me with amazing knowledge and alternatives and never dismisses my concerns. She validates all my issues and always ensures we go through extra lengths to get to the bottom of it. I've appreciated her taking my health so seriously and giving me a positive outlook on the health care system.

I have been calling this clinic and talking to the receptionist. We have been trying to get my family member's diabetes medication, but the receptionist has been extremely dismissive. The pharmacy has called plenty of times and even sent in an urgent request fax which has not been acknowledged. The receptionist refuses to accept that they have even received it and keeps turning us away. My family member has called and the receptionist said we never called them and they never got any fax. There is proof of calls and faxes. Absolutely absurd! I highly recommend the company to replace the receptionist

I'm not a patient but a family member of mine was. WAS being the keyword. She had the absolute worst experience with the clinic and Dr.Chin over the 3 years she was a patient. Her concerns were never addressed, she was brushed off when trying to talk to the Dr., was REFUSED be to referred to a specialist, and even getting regular blood work as a diabetic was like pulling teeth. This family member has now gone to another Dr and has seen a specialist, and has been properly diagnosed with a serious ailment. Had Dr.Chin listened to her concerns a year ago,her health today would not be as bad as it

This is the worst “Medical” practice I have ever been. They are rude, disrespectful (the staff is horrible - specially the manager “Lynn”. She should not be allowed to work with any thing that it is alive).
They does NOT listen what the patients is saying, they forget to send referrals, they forget to send prescription, they don’t plan follow ups at all.

I can't speak to the doctor, but the receptionist was condescending and churlish. She gave me a lecture for asking a question about the after hours clinic during the day (which my regular doctor tells patients to use if they are not available, which they weren't), as if I should know this information already. Part of her job is to know & communicate the details of clinic's operations, so I was surprised by the aggressive attitude over a simple inquiry about accessing a healthcare provider. Ive been waiting since october 15th to talk to Dr.Chin on the phone (phone consultation). Between the 15th and now, I've injured my foot and desperately need to see a foot expert. I need Dr Chin's refferal to a foot specialist. Ive waited patiently through a lot of pain, and she proceeded to call me at 3h50pm while our consultation was suppose to be at 4h30pm. I obviously missed the call and contacted the office around 4h20pm. It would have been nice to know that "approximately 4h30pm" meant possibly 40 minutes before. This is poor service and I'm running out of patience. I shouldn't have to wait

I was a patient before in this office but happier with the clinic now where I am with. Initially, this office has been accommodating particularly Dr. Chin but when it started getting busier, scheduling an appointment with the Doctor became difficult. I remember complaining of a stomach ache but was booked after a month giving me no other option. I even mentioned that I can see another doctor but I was told to observe and wait. I am a cancer survivor and hoping they will understand the predicament that I am into but to no avail.
I am also offended one time when I was told to step out of the room

I went to this place because my Doctor retired. I saw Dr Chin for issues with my nasal passage in April 2019.I was sent for a nasal passage scan which showed and infection. I was told a day after the scan that I needed to see a specialist . The office staff/receptionist did not contact me, until September 9,2019,with a date to see a specialist in 2020. Good thing I was proactive and saw another physician.
Absolutely the worst experience i've had with a Doctor office .

Horrible, absolutely horrible. If I could give no stars I would. Dr.Chin is the physician I saw. She tried to put me on medication I did not need, my mom and sister bother we’re seeing her too and both had horrible experiences. My sister fainted in Dr. Chins room and she had her walk out on her own with no assistance. She will speak down too you as if you are beneath her. And the reception isn’t any better. Overall she doesn’t care about her patients. Not one bit.

Dr. Everson is really good. Don't expect him to be your direct (psychology) therapist, but he cares, knows his limits, has good resources. He has been helpful to me. On everything else he is extremely knowledgeable and proficient, holding esteemed positions in his field. He is not funny/goof, but he is professional in the right way (rather than the cold uncaring way) and I find this works for me. The front desk can sometimes be difficult, but if you're nice, they're nice.

My uncle told me that getting a family doctor and regularly looking after myself was important so he referred me to Dr. Everson. I had a great day at work and accompanied him to an appointment to set up an initial appointment. Unfortunately the Secretary on duty was very miserable and dismissive she was out of the way rude. I tried to be cheerful given the season and she blatantly ignored and dismissed me. She was bothered by me and as well made it so apparent that the people in the waiting room said "wow that was rude". Fortunately the gentlemen in the waiting room tried his best to console me
