Services
An adult eye examination consists of a vision and glasses prescription check, a binocular vision assessment, and a complete ocular health examination. Examinations are available by appointment. You will be asked about any eye-related or health conditions that you or your family may have. 4. The optometrist may request to dilate your eyes.
Contact lens assessments are available for patients with a wide range of needs. Our eye doctors can provide a thorough assessment of the eye to help determine which contact lenses are best suited for the patient and ensure a good contact lens fit to maintain proper vision and ocular health. First-time contact lens wearers will be taught how to insert and remove their contact lenses safely.
If you are considering laser eye surgery, contact our office for a consultation appointment. We can help determine if you are a good candidate and discuss the different refractive surgery options available. Our office can make a referral to the surgical centre that best meets your needs. Our doctors will co-manage patients who choose to undergo refractive surgery procedures by conducting pre-operative and post-operative examinations.
Allows your optometrist to better detect eye and health conditions - such as diabetes, macular degeneration and melanoma. Helps the optometrist detect small changes that may occur overtime by comparing images side-by-side throughout the years. The procedure takes approximately 2 minutes and requires the patient to look into a machine at a camera flash for each eye.
Our office tries to accommodate same-day emergency cases when the doctor is in, with or without a referral. Our optometrists are equipped to properly diagnose eye conditions and can often provide similar services to the hospital emergency department - but with a shorter wait time. All of our optometrists are certified in the use of topical therapeutic pharmaceutical agents for the treatment of eye disease.

Never though I’d be reviewing an optometrist but here we are, I couldn’t resist after my experience today! I had the best experience with Dr. Fung and the entire team. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I never felt pressured or like I was being upsold. Everything was explained so clearly and with care. Who knew you could enjoy an eye doc appt so much. I don’t enjoy going to the eye dr and think I was affected by clockwork orange when i was young but the was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at an eye dr. Dr Fung was so attentive and calming it made my visit much less stressful. She called me that same night and the next day to talk to me about her conversation with a specialist. The speed of the communication was surprising but welcomed. I have more follow up with her coming up but I think I will be more relaxed now in her care. Thank you Dr Fung.

I had a comprehensive eye exam with Dr. Nguyen and it was a very pleasant experience. She was very thorough and accommodating. She explained every step and answered all of my questions and concerns very clearly. I usually don't feel completely comfortable getting eye exams but Dr. Nguyen really made it so I feel completely comfortable and confident about the care and prescription she has given.

Wow. That's all I can say! I got my comprehensive eye exam here today and I was seen by Dr. Nguyen. She was very informative and ensured that I had the most correct prescription possible. She really couldn't have made my experience any better since it was so great! From the amazing receptionists to the associate, I would not recommend any other place except here for the comprehensive eye exam!

Dr. Fung is the best there is in optometry!. I was so pleased with her and her staff for helping me with my vision exam that needed to be done due to MTO vision requirements. The staff are the most accommodating, friendly and go above and beyond for what I needed. Compared to the other optometrist I saw in August 2018, Dr. Fung is a true professional who is passionate about her services. I give her a million stars and yes she is that good!! Thank you so much for coming to the rescue!!

Dr. Justine Fung is a great doctor and coming to her appointments has always been pleasant, quick, and informative. She is very friendly and has a very welcoming environment. I just recommended her to a coworker and gave a high & glowing review! Wanted to share that review here! Best part of all: No Puff test! She does a yellow dye alternative to test eye pressure. Dr. Fung has helped me and my family over the past couple of years with determining what issues we may have with our eyes. I have also taken my parents, who are seniors, to have their eyes checked and Dr. Fung was wonderful with them. She was able to identify some issues that my mother was having, which was, unfortunately, early onset cataracts. She is pleasant, professional and very thorough. I use to live in Port Credit and started visiting her when she first opened up. I have since moved away and continue to drive across the city to have her check my eyes.
