Under the Condominium Act, Section 76 the Status Certificate can be provided at the request of the owner upon receipt of the payment of a prescribed fee. Please note that in accordance with the Condominium Act the Corporation shall give the Status Certificate within 10 days after receiving a request for it and payment of the fee charged by the corporation for it.
We are looking for experienced Registered Condominium Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of the Condominium Act and possess superb organizational skills as well as ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In addition, we are looking to fulfill the position of the Superintendent in a busy downtown building.

If I could give them -100 I would!!!! This management got my husband and I so frustrated this evening that I literally was screaming at Tanya Orembo (the lady replying to most of these comments) she is extremely unprofessional and they are so disorganized it is unbelievable!!!!! I got an email less than 3 hours ago stating I'm behind 3 payments when in fact that is not the case! I paid up until the year was over!
