Getting paid is easy. We collect the rent, pay expenses, and deposit the profits directly into your bank account every month, on time. We've built a network of trusted contractors and tradespeople who help us resolve maintenance issues promptly. We're also on call 24/7 for emergencies and ready to jump into action.

We are situated right here in the city. We love Toronto and know it well. We are never too far away from the properties we manage, allowing us to keep a close eye on your investment. You can be assured that when you send or leave us a message, we will get right back to you. We possess a keen understanding of the unique challenges and responsibilities local landlords face and we know what it takes to keep rentals performing optimally.
We'll reach out and share with your client the comprehensive property management packages we offer and help them choose the service that best fits their needs. We will pay you 25% of the first month's rent when we sign your client up with one of our property management plans. When you send us a referral you increase your chances of getting a future sale with them.
IMPORTANT: Check the list of common issues and solutions below before submitting your request:. Blocked toilets are usually caused by something blocking the system, and will need to be unclogged. Flush the system once, and use a plunger to gradually pump the blockage through the system. Avoid flushing the toilet too much while it is blocked, as this will cause an overflow.

Prior to performing any painting, please contact the property manager to discuss this further. We also strongly recommend our tenants obtain coverage for contents. In the event of the unexpected, such as a burst water pipe, a property owner's home insurance policy will not cover the loss and/or damage of a tenant's personal belongings.

Bridgeway service is exemplary They have always responded urgently- mostly immediately-and where trades have been involved - plumber for example they have stayed on top of the situation, communicated throughout and resolved any issues within excellent time lines As a renter I have to say In the past I have not dealt with a property manager of Bridgeways high standards. I normally don't give 5 stars easily, but this company deserves more than 5 stars. The owners are very professional, punctual to schedules, commitments and a great customer service. My family and I founded a house via their listing and worked with Shirley during screening, qualification, move-in, all within a short period of time. Shirley is extremely professional, accommodating, patient, kind and trustworthy. She was always ready and available to answer questions, provide info. All concerns and maintenance issues are always addressed and resolved within 24-48hrs!

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience dealing with Shirley and Howard at Bridgeway Property Management. We just recently bought our first investment property, but have been landlords renting out the upstairs apartment in our own home for over 10 years.
