Extremely happy with recent dental work (crown replacement and dental extraction/surgery) over the past few months and have found staff extremely efficient and friendly especially with the Covid-19 challenges. Dr. Muirhead has been my wife and my dentist for the past 6 years and we have found him highly skilled in his profession, very kind, and very knowledgeable in recommending best options for long term teeth management. Dental work is expensive but it is nice to have a dentist that is highly skilled to consider all your options that will be the best for your teeth and will work within your budget

I wouldn't recommend this dental office to my worst enemy. Their is a long list of problems at this dental office starts as soon as you walk in the door, the administrative staff are incompetent of doing proper billing and have had countless errors. Then when you sit in the dental office Dr. Nate Mirrorhead will try to sell you on a better smile and charge you upwards of 2000 dollars to have a tooth implant that breaks 2 months later after 'fixing it' for the third time. I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK INTO THIS OFFICE AND FOR THE SAKE OF OTHERS PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. There is much more

I brought my elderly father here to have his dental health assessed. I warned the administrative assistant in advance that his mouth was in rough shape. The hygienists were lovely, but somehow he was not booked any time with the dentist. Dr. Muirhead reluctantly took a look and told us it would cost "as much as a brand new truck" to fix his mouth. When we asked questions, he said he didn't have time for us and walked out. We were told that we would be contacted with a more specific treatment plan. That was two months ago. I have called to check in and they said they were "still working on it".

I can’t praise the staff of Sidney Harbour Dental and Dr. Muirhead enough. Everyone is so friendly, personable and accommodating. Dr. Muirhead was so thoroughly informative as he navigated me through helping me with my jaw and starting the process to fix it, and I’m beyond happy with the results I’m seeing. I’ll be a returning patient for years to come!

Nathan Muirhead is a great Doctor! He had really helped me with my TMJ problems that I have suffered with for years. No one else that I had gone to had searched as diligently to understand where my pain was coming from and why it was like he did. I'm so grateful that he did because now I'm a highly functional person! I was in severe pain for so long that staying in bed and taking pain medication was normal. But that just isn't a part of my life anymore. Him and his staff have made me feel important and that my pain is real. My paying the bills were stressful at first but they really helped me to
