Services
Buying - This is an important part of the purchasing process. A Home-Alyze inspection gives the buyers more detailed information about the home they are about to purchase. Selling - Often called a 'pre-listing inspection', these Home-Alyze inspections give the current owner a good idea of what the purchaser may find, avoiding surprises and allowing them to make any necessary repairs before listing their home.
In August of 1978, my wife and I were watching a news documentary about a young family who discovered very serious problems with a home they had just purchased. Their investment and their safety was in jeopardy because no one had recognized the telltale signs of these problems before the purchase was made.

I would never recommend them to anyone. I purchased my home a month ago and since moving in I've noticed quite a few things myself that I paid this trained professional to notice. They were quite obvious things too which scares me. I'm wondering just what else he missed during inspection if he missed a leaking kitchen sink, leaking hose bib on the exterior, sagging beam in the garage, clogged eavestroughs, restricted airflow on furnace ducts, illegally vented plumbing stack for the washer/dryer (which my plumber pointed out), and a pop in the roof. All things that should be VERY obvious

Called to book an appointment with them, emailed them questions about their agreement and then had them cancel on us and tell us to hire an engineering firm.

Seems as if customer service isn't exactly their focus.

Lots of other firms in town. Find someone who doesn't mind discussing their agreement with them. These guys appear to want you to sign away your rights and then hand them a cheque.

This company came into my home, 'inspected' the place and wrote a report that's was missing such information as rotting siding near the front entrance, and moisture problem in the main floor shower. Also they inspected my blinds and reported them 'faulty' after snapping the base and ultimately destroying the entire set. After bringing this to their attention they denied responsibility for fixing them, but instead offered me a couple extra air miles. The company is operated very poorly, stay away!
