Our Inspectors will providing you with a comprehensive, high quality and reliable inspection of your home, or potential home. An electronic version of the inspection report will be sent to you via e-mail within 24 hrs of your inspection. The report is detailed and comprehensive, documenting the home's condition, as observed at the time of the inspection.

Thanks to Doug Barclay and his thorough inspection, we now have a host of information we would have otherwise missed if we simply hired a tradesperson or chose to forgo an inspection for the home we are purchasing.
We were welcome to follow along and learn or ask questions as we went around the home. The report that was provided was full of photos and instructions on what to do with the information we were given.

We booked Doug and he was able to do the inspection within the week. He was on time and easy to deal with. We were out of town when we had the inspection and he called me while he was there to go over any issues he came across. He accepts interac direct payment which made it simple for us. He was excellent to deal with! The document he emailed me was so thorough! Absolutely would recommend him for an inspection!
