I have used Van Beeks on multiple occasions for my personal landscaping. Including stone stab delivery, paving stones, mulch and most recently large decorative rock. In each - their service has been excellent - including those in the yard when selecting and at the counter when organizing delivery....in fact there delivery people have been very courteous and been pleased to drop off the materials where you ask and take the time to do so. DO NOT USE VAN BEEK EVER!
My contractor took me to Van Beek, who she was working with for only a few months. I made a full payment in cash to the owners daughter, Amanda, who was at the oakville location, and now in Mississauga. I paid in full, the cost of stones that were being delivered to my house for my patio work. As I left and went in to the car, my contractor stayed behind and BEHIND MY BACK, Amanda made an agreement with the contractor to give half the cash back to the contractor and told her she can give it later. Amanda made a new reciept to the order of my contractors name "Marcella
