Awful Service! Extremely Rude, Rip customers out of Money on servicing chainsaw equipment. If your looking at purchasing a chainsaw Find Another Dealer! I have been going to this company for some time now and they don’t know what they are talking about, Just completely incompetent when it comes to working on saws. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of time!

I e-mailed after hours on a Friday looking for a powerful mower. I received a response within minutes with brand recommendations. I e-mailed my response to let them know that my backyard was a field 3/4 of an acre. The next morning I received a phone call and spoke to a very professional and very knowledgeable man named Jim Guest!! He suggested I come in following all Covid19 safety protocols. I phoned when I arrived and I was asked to go to the back parking lot where Jim rolled out a brand new mower , topped with gas and oil! He explained every detail fully .
