When purchasing from out of province this was the easiest way to deal with things. We chose a brokerage that was local to the area and was familiar with many financial institutions in the area. Sara made it easy to submit the documents that we needed and was easy to work with in order to purchase our new home. She made recommendations based on her experience in her field and this made the whole experience pleasant.

My life had turned upside down and I had went through a separation. I was going to numerous banks trying to take over the mortgage on my own. It was a complete nightmare. One of my friends recommended Premiere Mortgage Centre and I had the pleasure of working with Sara Wright. She went above and beyond to advocate for me. She was upright and honest from the very beginning. She informed me of what I would have to do; and she explained everything in detail. There was no surprises. Highly recommend Premiere Mortgage Centre! Sara Wright dealt with our case and provided us with professional, prompt service, explaining things along the way. We are first time buyers and it couldn’t have gone smoother. We wanted a quick closing, during the month of December, and Sara delivered. She arranged for a lawyer and would have arranged for a realtor if we needed it (we didn’t). As a result, we were able to close on our first home 3 days before Christmas. A+, 5 stars, 10/10

Sarah and Sara, along with everyone who works with them have been great throughout the entire home buying experience we had. We were definitely not the easiest clients I'm sure, and we threw a couple of curve balls along the way, but Sarah and Sara were responsive and helpful every step of the way. Editing my earlier review to state that after leaving my original review, I was contacted by premier mortgage to talk about why we were not pleased with our experience. They scheduled a phone call with us and we have never heard from them again! Nobody reached out to reschedule or advice they could no longer make the scheduled call. Won’t be using them going forward and would not recommend to others. Many things to improve upon, the greatest of which is their lack or reliability, disorganization and general lack of communication.

Not only was I was a first time home buyer, I was returning to NB after living in Alberta for 24 years. From the first time I contacted Sarah, right up until closing, Sarah and Sara were always immediate to answer my questions. They are both a joy to work with.
