Several years ago I was on vacation and needed a water pump impeller for my old Yamaha 9.9 outboard. Your business was recommended and I was over an hour away.
We drove there on a Saturday and arrived at about 3:pm.
I was having muscle spasms in my back and was very uncomfortable. After waiting a short time someone came to help me. He must of sensed I was in pain and asked if I wanted a chair to sit on. YES I was relieved to sit down.
Then I asked him the big question about the part for my old motor. He smiled and returned in about 5 min. with the part in hand.
I paid and left a happy man.

Phoned to get my outboard looked at. It is an older Evinrude, and wouldn’t start. I get this time of year people are winterizing and pulling boats. The guy I talked to wasn’t to interested in looking at it. He said it would cost me more to fix it than the motors worth. The motor is in mint condition. He hasn’t even seen it, and basically said drop it off if you want. Great service ! Not !

Had a poor experience with the purchase of a brand new side by side.
Arrived to pick it up 3 days later than I could have, and was told there was 15 minutes of work remaining to do on it.
After waiting for well over an hour, it was very obvious that the PDI had not been done at all.
They had further issues and could not turn the unit over at all that day.
The situation was eventually remedied by a promise of free delivery to my home, along with free 1st service, which I thought was fair.
I explained to the salesman that I would have been happier had I not been obviously

"Best company Award of year" During covid-19 I find people are fed up and exhausted and give up when it comes time for good service and courteous response during these times but this takes the award for the best business I have ever dealt with during covid-19 I'm Aboriginal Algonquin First Nation and it is difficult for companies to take tax exemption even in Good Times they took the information over the phone I sent in a friend with the documents and everything went off without a hitch they had the saws ready on time but by mistake they charged full sales tax and I did not notice about one month

I took in my chain saw to be fixed. They said there was nothing wrong and charged me. That's okay but when I got home and started it within 5 minutes the same thing happened. Stalling. I looked to find a problem and low and behold the pick up tube in the fuel tank was off. I drained the fuel reconnected the hose and cut wood for a full tank about 45 mins. No further problem. I'm the type who won't say anything to them. Just won't return.

This was the first time I had my motor serviced at Wards and it will be my last as well. I was told it would take half a week or so to work on my motor. It took them 5 weeks. I checked in on the progress several time and everytime I was told just a few more day. Then when I finally pick up my boat, the cost was 3 times what I was quoted. They quoted me the price to winterize a cheaper motor and then did extra work on the motor without giving me a phone call to let me know or ask if I wanted the work done. No apology or anything. Very disappointed with my experiance especially after I was so patient
