The ownership of this local small business cares about the community and hires according to its professional standards.
Owners also contribute in the community through foundations, primarily with the Flint Crim run / walk groups!
Now they are Looking to expand as business continues to grow due its customer base being so happy with its work over 30+ years!
My hats off to the Johnsons

Had pistons coated with ceramic on top, moly on the skirts.
Super consistent film thickness, I measured before and after.
Biggest variation I could find was half a tenth. (thousandths)
Motorcycle cases powder coat job was masked perfectly, still looks great 2 years later, I believe their powder coat is a superior product compared to the local competition because of superior surface preparation.

I drive a 24 ft straight truck. Picked up a load at 2am in Upper Sandusky to be delivered direct to this place. Meaning get there yesterday, no stops. Arrived just before 5 am, there's no one there. Place doesn't open until 7. So I open my doors, back into inbound dock #2, put my landing gear down and drop my suspension. My truck is now ready to be unloaded. I lie down for a nap.
At 6:55 someone starts throwing metal chocks out of dock 1. I get up, grab my paperwork and proceed inside. Apparently the dock personnel doesn't open the dock doors or set the dock plate...drivers are responsible for

This place is the worst to work for. They are very unprofessional. They work people in such bad conditions. The owner is so awful and talks to people anyway he seeks fit. All the way to threatening. I am glad I no longer work for that company. Do not miss it. They add so much work to you and do not train you but yet expect you to get it done and done correctly. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible company to work for, I hate to give it this review but If you work in the paint department the working conditions where awful. strenuous labor, lack of breaks (short breaks for hard labor) management/owership treats you like dirt, I've recently got a way better job and not looking back one bit. You are responsible to place parts on a fast moving line, sounds easy, but after 30 minutes it becomes strenuous and the parts can be hard to place sometimes, after you'eve placed 1000s of parts on the line you have to take a base part off which they call "candles" to place another set of candles
