I just went into Dupont Kitchen and Steven helped me out with a cartridge I needed to replace for my shower. First he found the replacement and suggested I contact Riobel first to see if it's on warranty before I pay for it again. Truly classy move to not just sell me something. Then he looked at the old cartridge and saw that it needed to be cleaned out as rubber and soder got inside. Sure enough I put it back in at home after Steven cleaned and the shower works totally fine again! Highly recommend this place. That's how you treat customers in business. Much appreciated guys.

I was delighted with my recent experience at Dupont Plumbing. Last week I bought a Toto Entrada toilet (at a reasonable price) that was perfect for my small bathroom. This week I returned to Dupont Plumbing and bought an American Standard Cadet Pro for our second bathroom. Throughout the entire process, Dupont's staff were both patient and knowledgeable. The whole experience was much better than a big box store both in terms of the staff's product knowledge and their suggestions on how to accommodate the unusual configuration of pipes in my bathroom.

Nicest and most helpful staff. I had gone to 5 places, including two home hardware locations, before making it to Dupont Plumbing. The fact that they care about going the extra mile, especially when it comes to helping their customers solve problems, meant that mine was resolved quickly, professionally, and with a kindness and courteousness that is sadly becoming less and less common in Toronto. Quite a sizeable selection of styles and types of shower systems, sinks, tubs, and all things related to plumbing. You really have to walk the showroom floor to get an idea of what is going to suit your style and budget.
We spoke with Ash who was knowledgable about all the products and answered a lot of our questions.
We ended up buying a few Riobel shower systems from Ash due to the good prices and he even threw in the tub-filler.

Avoid the salesman named Ash - he gave us zero direction when choosing a sink, and once we selected a sink he then sold us the wrong sink and refused to take responsibility. We only realized we got the wrong model after the sink had been installed and by then it was too late. He has a terrible reputation outside and apparently inside this business. Owner refuses to fire him and he's cost Dupont Plumbing customers - like us, who are now giving them a bad review. If I had known, I would have chosen my sink at Taps- much better product and sales experience.
