I highly recommend you seek out Mr. Neeb 's professional services.over the years I've worked with other mortgage brokers but with a lot of complications, either lack of care and informative, always leaving me with a lot of loose ends to clear up myself. With a big sigh of relief that was not the case when dealing with Mr. Neeb. He was there to answer all of my questions and fallows through to make everything satisfactory. Tom has done 3 mortgages for us, each one professional and very helpful.
He does all the work and finds you the best rate. I will not use anyone else. He is way better then dealing with the bank. He is quick and responds quickly to any questions and also gives good advise.
I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage.

My wife and myself needed help with budgeting and organising our finances. We bring in a good income however always seemed to be short, a VERY stressful feeling.
We met Tom who firstly listened to our frustrations, (a big help!) asked lots of questions and finally gave us possible options to choose from.
To us it was a complicated, stressful problem, but Tom's professional advise allowed us to refinance and the result has been way lower stress and we feel we are now making progress with our finances, a great feeling!
