I worked with Sebastien to prepare my first time condo purchase in October to December 2021. He was very patient with me and happy to educate me through multiple calls at different stages of the process (building my case, getting pre-approved, closing). He got along super well with my RE broker and my RE lawyer's team, and the whole process was wrapped up, without any hick up, well ahead of the closing date. Sebastien was so helpful in my search for a home. As a first time buyer I of course had many questions on the financing portion and Sebastien was very responsive, informative and genuinely seemed like he cared for my needs and wants with a mortgage. Having the peace of mind that my mortgage broker has my back while going through the nerve racking task of buying a first home made it that much easier.
