I'm a Registered Dietitian and my practice focuses on helping people develop healthier relationships with food, and nutritionally managing chronic conditions. If you feel stressed about eating right for your digestive health or endocrine disorder; nutrition counselling can make all the difference in providing clarity, direction and optimal health.

I help my clients feel better and take control of their health through food and nutrition, with in-person or online counselling. Together, we will create a personalized action plan with supporting resources to meet your goals. By the end of our sessions, you will feel more confident in managing your symptoms, developing healthier eating habits and overall improving your wellbeing.

Hi, my name is Tracy Jane and I'm a Registered Dietitian in private practice. I specialize in nutrition management strategies for digestive health, women's reproductive health, and sustainable lifestyle habits for wellness. To become a Registered Dietitian, I received a Master of Applied Sciences degree in Human Nutrition from McGill University, and completed an intensive dietetic internship.

I started seeing Tracy 2 months ago. I was experiencing terrible flare ups that made me feel sick and tired everyday. I started doing research, taking different supplements, cutting out certain foods, and so much more but nothing worked. I finally decided to seek help and I’m glad I chose Tracy because she was the best choice I made.
She’s very supportive and shares great resources after every visit. I’ve learned a lot from her that I know will help me now but also in the future. I’m very grateful that I was able to work with Tracy!

I set up appointments with Tracy to get help with my PCOS through dietary changes. Tracy was very helpful in assisting me in identify ways to establish a healthy and balanced diet. I also appreciated the way she included ways to have a healthy mindset towards food and utilizing intuitive eating.

Before starting my sessions with Tracy, I was worried that eating healthy meant sticking to salads, and having bland meals. Tracy broke any preconception I had, that I could keep eating all the food items I loved, and if anything I started eating even more delicious meals thanks to her guidance! My overall goal was to get my energy up, lose a bit of weight, and overall adapt healthier habits when choosing my meals. Tracy is an Amazing dietician. I had a great experience with her. Her calm,positive and friendly attitude made me very comfortable along the way. I used to have bad eating habits since i lead a pretty busy life. I did not know what nutrients i am missing and how i should plate my meal. With continuous information and support for the past few months i have now adapted a lifestyle change when it comes to my meals. Tracy patiently heard all my health issues and altered my recipes accordingly. I have now lost over 19 lbs with these recent choices. I am so glad i chose Tracy as my nutritionist.
