Fairly new to the area and was looking for a new Optometrist and thankfully my neighbour referred me to Dr. Nicole Hatfield. The office staff are friendly, helpful and professional. At my first appointment, Dr. Hatfield sent a referral to an eye specialist due to pressure from Glaucoma as I required immediate laser surgery. She was very professional but also kind and caring. I had the surgery within two weeks. Had she not acted so quickly I could have lost my sight. I am truly thankful for her expertise and would highly recommend Dr. Hatfield.

I injured my eye and after sometime it was still bothering me. I called the office and despite a busy schedule they squeezed me in that day. From the moment I walked in the office I was met by two friendly, helpful receptionists. The optometrist, Nicole Hatfield was great. She was very professional, thorough and despite a packed Friday schedule she even completed a full eye exam on me as it had been a while since I had my eyes examined. Some Healthcare professionals know their field inside and out but lack social skills. Nicole was engaging, explained things well and you can tell that she loves

Excellent experience with Dr. Cox; he saw my son (new patient) following a last minute appointment request due to a minor eye injury. He was happy to see us, was very professional, respectful, and kind, and did his best to help us understand what the injury was and how to go about healing it. He followed up as well several days later to ensure my son’s eye was all healed.
