Went in with very low expectations due to my credit history, but dealing with Finance, and David, I felt in awe as to what they could do for me! Was able to get an interest rate much lower than thought possible for myself, a vehicle newer than what I expected, and payment below my expectations! I cannot say enough great things about Warren and the rest of the team at Airdrie House of Cars. Not only did they go to bat for me and get me a killer interest rate (all things considered), they got me into one of my dream cars. I was shocked at how pleasant and easy the whole process was.
I would say you can definitely trust the team to make sure you're taken care of, and I'd also say if I do run into any problems over the next few weeks - months, I feel safe to take it back to them for help! Totally worth the trip.

I've had a lot of bad experiences at house of cars. So I wasn't expecting anything different at this location. I went here looking for a awd sedan. They got me into a car quick with no hassle and no run arounds like the other house of cars locations. Peter was honest and explained everything upfront and without hesitation. Answered all my questions and then some. A great car salesmen. Hes an asset to this location and the industry. I was helped by a nice Chinese guy, Peter To 🇨🇳. Initially, I came in to test drive the vehicle I saw online, but it didn’t turn out to be what I wanted. After going back to the lot from the initial test drive, there was a fresh vehicle that came in and was a better fit. I asked Peter if we can take it for a longer test drive, and he was fine with that, and eventually I decided on the second vehicle.
The dealership was clean with friendly staff; they let you view the vehicle, take it for a test drive, and answer all your questions first before discussing pricing.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company! We dealt with warren mostly but when he was with someone else Clayton jumped in, we honestly felt welcomed! We booked our test drive for the Saturday online. House of Cars put us in touch with Peter on Tuesday and followed up with reminder emails twice in the week. We enjoyed how easy Peter made everything. He walked us through the paperwork, talked through our concerns, and readily answered our questions. This is the second time House of Cars has done this to me. When I was looking for a vehicle a few years back I went to House of cars they took all my credit info and ran a credit check and back then I didn't have good credit this time I didn't have too bad of credit I had a large down payment in cash to buy a vehicle because of mine has just been… written off and the employee that took my information last week told me he would get back to me by the end of the day and didn't even have the decency to and yet again did not get back to me because he couldn't put the proposal properly together

My wife and I worked with Joseph at the airdrie location and it was a great experience. He laid out what options would work for us and why, not using high pressure tactics that dealerships use.
