Laid off after 9 days, reason: "we do not think that pay(35 CAD/h) you asked as mechanical designer balance our expectation". I have learned GSS software in three days and about to finish a SolidWorks design. Hired as Senior Mechanical Designer, the first day I was employed as cost estimator!!!! NO NORMAL!!!!! I just used mechanical design the last 2 days!!!!! The probation in the contract was for 3 months and they laid me of after 9 days!
