Services
A pre-purchase home inspection reduces your risk and helps to protect your interest by determining the condition of the house prior to purchase. You will learn what repairs and maintenance are required and the recommended time frame for doing so. A pre-listing inspection is done to the same standards as a pre-purchase inspection.
A determination of the home's condition at the time of the inspection. The inspection is a visual examination of the readily accessible and visible major systems, components, and equipment of the primary residence on the property. We record all significant defects found and will determine the causes when circumstances permit.
The Interior Only Condominium inspection is a full inspection of interior finishes and components; electrical, plumbing, heating & cooling, fireplaces, appliances, structure, insulation and ventilation. The exterior and common areas traveled on the way to the condominium will also be observed.
The observation of these areas is not an exhaustive inspection but is done to determine general levels of maintenance, quality of materials used, and quality of detailing.The interior only inspection will take about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Depending on the age, size, and complexity of the condominium unit, extra time may be required.

Garages are places used to park cars, as workshops, and places to store personal items. You will see many improper modifications and missing components that can make a garage unsafe for the occupants of the home. Garages are supposed to be gas tight to prevent carbon monoxide from entering living spaces.

Building Pro offers a fantastic home inspection service. The inspection was thorough, with comprehensive explanation of any issues detected during the walk-through.
