The dental office is designed for comfortable dentistry. We are a fully bilingual office and offer a welcoming and friendly environment with up-to-date dental technologies and services. We make the commitment to see our emergency patients the same day to relieve them from pain. To ensure limited wait time in our office, we do not overbook.

We see new patients as new friends. We love the opportunity to teach patients of every age how to take care of their smiles at home and by visiting our Rayside Dental office. Dr. Racicot graduated in 2000 from Laval University and has been working since in private practice. He opened his first office in 2002 in Azilda, ON.

If you are NATIVE DO NOT GO HERE.
They will NOT accept NHIB, require you to pay up front and NHIB reimbursed you because NHIB “doesn’t pay enough and their fees are 10 years behind”. Extremely dissatisfied.
Will be removing myself and my spouse from this clinic.

I had an emergency appointment 1.5 years ago and after that I decided to stay with the clinic. Everyone (from the reception ladies to the hygienists and dentists) are exceptionally friendly, accommodating and professional. I appreciate detailed explanations, quotes and options for future, not once I felt pressured into doing something I did not anticipate or felt uncomfortable.

Highly skilled, professional and courteous. Having lived in several different cities and countries over the years, Dr. Racicot and team are by far the best I have ever encountered anywhere. They are honest, fact based, and extremely good at what they do. I would recommend to anyone.

I have always had great service there but today was amazing. My 1 & 1/2 year old had a horrible broken tooth injury couldn't eat or drink. They answered the phone 10 minutes before they even opened. They got me and appointment to see a dentist very quickly. Dr Violet was fantastic. The dental staff went all hands on deck to get an X-ray of my uncooperative toddler. A special thanks to the ladies at the front desk who went ABOVE and BEYOND to get my son an appointment with a specialist who could take care of him. Thank you so much!!!!!!
