Debbie let me down at the 11th hour with my purchase of a home in Cochrane. Several issues were identified during the pre-closing walk-through but afterwards she failed to represent me in a professional and courteous manner. Nothing was resolved and what should have turned out to be a happy possession day, was anything but.
