DO NOT deal with Timothy J. Polanik. He is extremely unprofessional and very rude. He will text you at 2am+ and belittle people that are struggling financially, He will also send you walls of text nonstop until you have to call his boss and have her deal with him.

Making a deal in Calgary turned out to be quite an ordeal. In light of a buyers market, we were hoping to have a good experience with our realtor (Steve L). As seasoned purchasers of real estate, being familiar with the processes we didn't expect what transpired in our dealings.
Overall it took 4 offers to different properties before we sealed a deal. One should understand that buying/selling real estate is not always a cake-walk, especially a realtor.

I bought my condo 2 years ago with the help of a very personable realtor named Steve Borynski. I had never looked for a home before so I was a real estate virgin.
