My floors started cracking within the first 3 months. I figured I'd wait for the summer to have them repair it. No response from the company after multiple emails. It's unfortunate when they give 10 year warranty but after less than a year they disappear. I'll give an update if they do respond back. So far very disappointed in their customer care.
UPDATE: Ron reached out and personally apologized for the situation. He sent his brother in and had all the bubbled areas repaired. Overall, after they reached out, I felt they put me as first priority and had the repairs done asap. This helped change
