Dealing with the bank was easier with Sarah involved.She has a unique process that includes uploads on a secure Portal so you can monitor the transaction. Required documents, status, and approval are posted on this personal portal. The was our second loan with Sarah. I had secured a mortgage 16 months previous and trusted Sarah to have her set up a refinance. I felt like I mattered as her client. My son has now contacted Sarah for pre-approval of his first mortgage. I highly recommend Sarah.

My mortgage was up for renewal and I remembered seeing Sarah's name around town so I just asked her a general question, which turned into many questions resulting in some fantastic advice. She armed me with some helpful tips to approach my lender and ultimately got the interest rate they offered me down by 0.25%! Even though I wasn't a client (yet) she still took the time to guide me while I negotiated with my lender. Great lady and a great broker! Thank you Sarah!

After having an issue with a bank, I spoke to Sarah about getting pre approved for a mortgage. She was fantastic! She answered all the questions we had prior, during and after our closing date. She worked very quickly and we had an answer within just a few days. She also worked great with our lawyer and realtor with setting everything up. Would highly recommend her to anyone!
