I had my first massage this morning with Micheal and it was absolutely incredible. Best massage I have ever had the attention to detail before after and during massage! I could definitely feel the care that… was put in. I floated out in a could and cannot wait until my appointment next Sunday! Before I start my comments saying the staff at Exige are wonderful, very talented and kind. The massage was very good and based on talent I would go back again. However, for a few other reasons I wouldn't go back sadly. Firstly, the bathrooms are absolutely horrendous for a spa. You will be unable to avoid not using them which means they really need to sort that out. We weren't given any water for the entire 2 hours we were there, which might be because they don't want you to use the bathroom! For a spa that charges as much as they do...it's not cheap by any means, most expensive

I was given a GC for Exige for my birthday, and so I experimented with a deep tissue massage, Thai massage, and cupping with Grace, after I was consulted on a treatment plan to help my injuries and wants.
I have been very hard on my body with sports, and have had multiple surgeries that have left my joints less than happy. My shoulder, that was… keeping me up at night with stiffness and sharp pains, is 99% better- even months after cupping!
The facility is different, beautiful, and relaxing. The staff is helpful, kind, and attentive.
I was very pleased with my experience at Exige.

I’ve been going to Exige for a couple of years and my experience exceeds all expectations. They capture a teal sense of calm with music , how you are treated, soft spoken and ensuring that everyone who visits… follow their example Patricia Pereira is the therapist I go to and she is amazing. She gets the knots and kinks out. She is skilled with where and how to maneuver your body for the best effect of getting the knots and kinks out. Her pressure is perfect, she’ll always ask. I just love her.

Having been to many spas and done Thai massage everywhere, this place was up to par. I was happy with my combo deep tissue and Thai massage for 90 mins! I haven't been to a massage clinic in ages after my hot stone massage experience which wasn't an A+++ for a pricey one. I now always refer to reviews and decide from there. EXIGE was my bet. Wonderful comments and Yes, it was a great experience. Massage therapist was polite, professional, friendly and making sure I'm comfortable of the pressure applied. I visit regularly for Thai reflexology foot massages (divine) and combo Thai/Chinese deep tissue massages with my girl Jovelyn Olarte, who is tiny but has the strongest hands I've ever encountered in a masseuse. I woke up today feeling under the weather and that a cold is imminent. I was lucky to get a last minute booking. I've been coming here since it was opened and a massage here never disappoints. I usually get Gary and he's so good with his pressure and the fluid motion of his massage helps me relax. He also recognizes points that are tight and works out those knots.

This is the best massage I have ever had. Gary was fantastic - relieved almost all of my serious back pain, to the extent that I tried to book him the very next morning to finish the job (Sadly he was booked, and I leave town). Highly recommend this spa and Gary in particular. He worked magic, and was extremely kind and polite to boot.

I originally came here for acupuncture but was told what I really needed was massage , after $140 of course. I did come back for massage but privacy was an issue from discussing medical concerns in the hallway while other clients were putting on their shoes to hearing moaning from the next client getting a massage in the "room" next door (there are no walls just curtains). The three stars are for the therapists and honestly they deserve five as they are great. Another concern is restrooms.......I don't think there are any.

It was my most relaxing massage experienced!! I took an Hour for relaxation and half our reflexology and I cannot remember how long I was fall asleep as I really feel her hands soothe in to my nerves/ muscles, its really settle me down.. And the foot massage was so great I feel so fully charge the day after.. Generally this place is Awesome! From the Reception,the ambience,the cleanliness and it smells so relaxing inside the clinic. I've been to Exige Medi Spa many times in the last 2 years and have benefited so much from the Deep Tissue and Traditional Thai massage. Gary has been my therapist - his technique is exceptional, as is his communication. He checks in several times to ensure that the pressure is just right and makes adjustments if required. I love all of the extras - warm towel, slippers, coconut oil, the spa setting and the view of the river. I also recommend the Acupuncture treatments - I've never been to a place where massage is part of the acupuncture treatment - before, during and after.

Fantastic experience !!! I did the combo and BF for the relaxation massage ... Combo is awesome for me ... It's a mix of deep tissue and Thai yoga ... Amazing by the wonderful customer service and professional setting :) we would definitely return for round two ... My therapist is amazing ... Soft spoken and polite :) but her technique is superb just like when I got authentic massage in Thailand :) love love love and dot forget to check all the addons they r all free al try them all :)

Exige Medi Spa, is one of the best here in Calgary. The atmosphere at Exige is very warm and relaxing. I've had a few massages at Exige and each massage has left me feeling revitalized.
I always get their Thai Massage and with all the stretching and acupressure from this massage, it sure has helped me with the knots that I normally get from working in an office. I always feel refreshed and full of energy after my massage.

Twice now exige have made a mistake with my booking. The second time today I'm sure they just gave my appointment to someone else. They text to confirm my appointment in the morning. When I was on my way into downtown from the south they text again to say they had made a mistake and my appointment time had already passed. This was hugely inconvenient as I have a young baby and had scheduled her around this appointment, feeding, nap, babysitter. Needless to say I will not use exige again for their unreliable service.
