Services
Doctors of chiropractic diagnose, treat and help prevent conditions and disorders related to the back, neck, pelvis, extremity joints and the effect they have on the nervous system. The main form of treatment chiropractors deliver is called an adjustment - a non-invasive procedure consisting of a precise directed movement to help relieve pain and discomfort, and restore range of motion.
All chiropractic patients will experience an initial assessment before treatment. You will be asked to share information about your health, such as any injury or surgery, medications you are taking and family health history. The first visit will take longer than following visits, because a physical assessment will be conducted based on the reason for your visit.
Being regulated means that chiropractors in Alberta must obey all legislative requirements set by the government for all health care providers. Other health care providers that are regulated include nurses, dentists, medical doctors and optometrists. The Alberta College and Association of Chiropractors (ACAC) is entrusted with enforcing the requirements set by government for all chiropractors.
Your auto insurance covers you for a minimum of 10 chiropractic treatments for minor injuries under the Alberta Diagnostic Treatment Protocols Regulation. In addition, every Albertan is entitled to $750 of chiropractic care coverage for more serious injuries (under Section B), but access to these benefits varies based on your auto policy.

Went here because of rib and shoulder problems and left with a hip injury. Told them not to touch my leg. First thing he says my leg is short and pulls on it. Hoped it would be ok did one more visit with and it was unprofessional and demeaning. They gave me a 10$ off cause of treatment or something then started harassing me for it. There is a lot better out there

Just been in for something truly magical. Been having headaches for a number of weeks and I was told about a craniosacral massage, so I booked in with a wonderful lady called Belinda.
The whole experience from start to finish was something I never expected. Belinda gives you a rundown of the knowledge and understanding and then it's just an experience from there on. Belinda was able to tell me things about my body from rugby I had actually forgotten. Just looking forward to the next time.

I called to make and appointment with Dr Weaver on Tuesday this week. They scheduled me in for Friday at 10 am the same week. I received a message 90 minutes before my appoint saying Dr Weaver cannot see me today because I scheduled this appointment on line. He is now booking one month from now. Poor attitude and care .
This is very poor customer service!!! Would not recommend this chiropractor. Lack of respect for his patients.

Overwhelmingly grateful for the attention and healing done here.
I came in with pain after trying other modalities, and in just a few visits the pain left, flexibility returned better than before, mental clarity improved, and overall improved sense of well being.
They are much more than just a chiropractic clinic and I would say that it feels as if it’s a wholistic type of treatment where science and intuition meet.

I've been going to Mckenzie Towne Chiropractic for the last 6 years. I've seen both Dr. Mintz and Dr. Weaver for chiropractic and Chris for massage. They are all the loveliest people, so professional and so kind. Most importantly, the treatments I have received have helped me get through pregnancy, post-partum, work strain and sports injury. I work hard, I play hard, and my body takes the toll. However I very rarely live with pain and this is largely attributed to the fact that I seek the various services at Mckenzie Towne Chiro on a regular basis. Consistency is key, one treatment (if you're in
