Karen saved us from a failing renovation! We had previously hired a different company to remove 300 sq ft of tiles from our main foyer and laundry room, but they said it was "too hard" and left after removing 3 tiles! We had already moved out our washer and dryer, so we needed the job done ASAP! I found Karen on Google and he was willing to take on the job and came the next day! Karen showed up on time (at 9am) and didn't leave until he thoroughly completed the job (at 8pm). He did an exceptional job. He cleaned up all of his mess as he completed the job, filled the cracks in the floor with cement

I would give BC Best Flooring a SIX STAR rating for such an exceptional job. Over the years we have interacted with many different contractors and I would say this is one of the best experiences.
We recently had them install Vinyl Plank flooring in our basement over concrete. The concrete floor was in bad shape and needed some expert work to bring it up to a standard to lay the vinyl plank. The floors of my entire house were replaced by BC Best Flooring Company. I bought new wood floors and had them introduced to my floor by BC Best Flooring Company. They were great, very accommodating, and all my questions were answered patiently throughout the flooring process. Job well was done!
