Almost always the dress you order will be in stock or is able to be custom made, however on the rare occasion due to changing trends and limited production some styles listed may no longer be in stock. If this is the case we will immediately notify you at the time of purchase and will give you a full refund or if you would like we can find a similar dress as replacement.
Shipping within Canada and the United States normally takes 2-4 weeks depending on the dress. If you need a dress quick please ask us before purchase and we will see how fast we can get it. Shipping outside of North America can sometimes take much longer please ask us if you need the dress by a certain date.

I was an anxious bride and went in with my bridesmaids and the service we received from Ms. AZAM (specialist tailor) and Ms. Sharareh (Salesperson) was so amazing I am beyond impressed. They helped us try on many many many dresses and provided amazing and honest feedback. The alterations were seamlessly done. I felt they treated me like close family. We went to Norma Reed in the Oshawa center and were so happy they have a huge selection to fit any budget and size! The consultant was so helpful and patient we got 2 flower dresses for my daughters and a dress for myself for the same wedding, when the consultant saw that I was self conscious about my tummy she suggested the absolute perfect dress and size fits perfectly! I have been purchasing dresses from the FAIRVIEW mall store for the past 8 years. Every single time I go in, I always end up finding the dress I need and was looking for. The fitting is amazing. They are almost always stocked up on sizes, and do alterations and adjustments on the spot. The customer service is impeccable. The ladies there are so kind and very conscience to your insecurities and help.you find the right dress for your body type and comfort. I would highly recommend this store for your dress purchases.

We were in the store today to buy a prom dress for my daughter and what an awesome experience it was! Jana was helping us and she was absolutely amazing! She was friendly and kind and knew her inventory - my daughter is a plus size and we have struggled to find a dress. After speaking to Jana on the phone she encouraged us to come in as she was sure she could help us find the right dress and that she did! Jana was absolutely wonderful! She helped my mother in law carefully select an absolutely stunning evening gown. She was extremely patient and provided excellent recommendations for a stole and matching earrings! The alterations team was also so accommodating and when we returned to pick up the dress made sure we were happy with the final project! We will definitely be returning soon to purchase another beautiful gown with Jana’s help!
