An old friend recommend to use Marshall and Mahood when my husband was transferred. We needed a lawyer when we bought our new home. We were treated very well by all the staff. It was great to have a lawyer that made sure everything went so smoothly. While we do not plan on moving anytime soon, we certainly would use this firm again.

Disappointed with the advice offered so I decided to get second and third professional legal opinions on my situation. After receipt of these opinons it is was obvious that I needed to change my representation. One firm even guessed whom I was dealing with! I was given an surprisingly large bill from this firm when I terminated their services. Lesson learned...shop around and check reviews before getting a lawyer. I would not recommend this firm.

He stressed me out beyond belief when he told me there was no way he could close the deal in time. I phoned two other lawyers and they couldn’t understand why that was the case? They said it must have been because he was short-staffed, fine but don't make it sound like it's impossible because of timing and stress me out.

Called the office and reception/assistant lady was not very helpful at all. Brushed me off curtly. I only had a real simple call. Called another Kincardine law office instead and what a world of difference when they answered the phone. They actually cared about my needs. Would not call Marshall and Mahood again
