Terrible service; dented tailgate putting latch on; paint chips on door from hoist, ripped rubber boot replacing shift arm; wouldnt fix ABS problem right after purchase. removing aftermarket things after I had purchased the vehicle; lied about a few details such as acid testing being done and fixing a tranny line leak through toyota certified… warranty. Poor communication throughout their team regarding appointments; parts being ordered; work to be done to vehicle. I dont know how people are treated buying a new vehicle but I strongly recommend you dont buy a used one from them. Not a pleasant

In the middle of our 10 1/2 hour journey, our Toyota Tacoma began smoking and we had no choice but to pull over on a highway about 30 minutes outside of Castlegar. With no cell service in the area, we eventually got the truck started and coasted straight into the Castlegar dealership. From the minute we arrived, we were treated incredibly well and were reassured that the service techs would get to the bottom of the matter and that they would have us on our way again. We are always wary of dealerships but since we still had a few hours of driving, wanted the job done right. And Castlegar Toyota

Had a really great experience talking about and test driving the new Tacoma with Tyler Loo yesterday, who was excellent. He knew his stuff and was very helpful in getting me to understand what my preferences meant given the packages available. For instance, I thought a manual transmission wasn't for me, but I left thinking it was the better option. Unbelievably nice gearbox and ride among other things I've always admired about the Tacoma.
