We were two females in a car that had broken down and felt like we could easily be taken advantage of because we know nothing about cars. CAA sent Fred's Towing to help us out and Kevin and Bob couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They spent ages with us and eventually were able to get our car back on the road without a tow! Bob told us we would still have to have it serviced, explained what needed to be done, and approximately how much it should cost. He rescued us and empowered us with this added information! I recommend Fred's Towing without hesitation.

Amazing service. Got to my place very quick and was super thorough, friendly, and helpful. After the tech had left, I experienced more issues with my car and he came right back to help me which I appreciate so much. He explained everything he was thinking and doing which was really reassuring as I know nothing about cars and he helped me understand it more clearly. He got my car out of a parking garage and towed it to my preferred mechanic. Really awesome guy. Thank you so much!! You guys are the best.

My vehicle wouldn’t start up today, so I called to have it looked at and possibly towed for further service. All it required was a boost, thankfully. But I wanted to acknowledge Dario’s professionalism and thoughtfulness in dealing with the issue. Aside from fixing the problem, he took the time to patiently answer my questions about avoiding future battery issues while I work from home and drive the car less. The nicest people! They came through CAA to help me with my car (battery died on the street just outside my driveway) they boosted the battery so that it was drivable, but they still offered to drop it off at the shop for me. Even though it wasn't necessary and beyond what they were called for, them taking my car to the shop was a huge relief and made my stressful evening a lot better!
