No clean hearted souls at J.A. Towing. They make up prices and take advantage of the already stressed people who have had there cars towed by police requests. They have no legitimate pricing. They just see that the vehicle towed is a high end car and then decide to charge them double. Hopefully you will donate some of that extra money you made from us to the Red Cross. No worries J.A.Tow, you reap what you sow. Hope you get audited by the CRA.

Crooked” does not justify how evil this company is. Tow Truck Driver Billy Zardo, plate # BK 42295 stole several of my belongings from my vehicle within hours of my car being in their lot.

I know these were stolen because when I went for my personals my 2 year olds car seat that I had left in my trunk was in the front seat along with my damaged laptop just sitting in my opened glove box

Best tow company I’ve ever worked with, my truck’s starter died at a gas station. Tow truck was there within 15 minutes. The spot I had to drop my truck was a very tricky one but the driver got it in no problem. If I have more problems I know who to call.

To be honest a lot of people get turned off by the receptionists’ attitude when you first call. I’m not going to lie I called and she gave us so much attitude, I wrote a whole review and waited to post it before I went to pick up our car and I’m kind of happy I did that.
When I got there the lady who gave me so much attitude was actually very helpful in person. I’ve had to use JA towing a lot lately because i had a crap battery, my car would die and Billy would be there in no time to come and boost my car and get me out of the cold! dispatch was always a dream to deal with as well.. i would 100% recommend JA Towing to anyone who needs it, they are the best!!!!

I had to call JA Towing for two reasons, one my tire blew on the highway last month and I wasn’t able to get it off and they were at my service within 25 min and John the driver was so helpful. 2 days ago I went to start my car and locked my keys in the car, as a young adult I was so scared and In a rush to work so I needed help quickly to get my… keys out. I called J A Towing and they were at my house in less than 20 minutes. John who was driving the truck was very helpful and was able to get my keys out quickly for me to get to work. Thank you J A!
