Cottage Water Supply carries a complete line of Goulds pumps including self-priming jet pumps, submersible pumps, effluent pumps and sewage pumps. The conductive polymer core automatically adjusts heat output at each point along the pipe. Heating cables designed with self-regulating technology also eliminate worry about overheating or burnouts from overlapping installations. Fantastic experience from our initial contact to installation. Cottage Water Supply provided us with a complete solution thus making installation so easy. Their start to finish installation and winterizing instructions are comprehensive (even for the novice). We had one small hiccup at our location. We contacted CWS on a Saturday at 6:00 pm and didn’t expect to hear back from them until Monday. However, they immediately returned our call and resolved our issue within minutes. Wow!! We are also very pleased with our new water system. Thanks for everything Mark!

I purchased a three season system from them a few years back to replace a very old system. Mark is super knowledgable and spends the time getting to know your needs. I was planning to upgrade to a 4-season system and he spend a lot of time explaining the system and providing me with a quote for how much that would be come time to me to purchase it. When I picked up the 3 season system is was seamless - everything was ready to roll and easy to hook up - it made my old pump look like it was from the dark ages. I plan to pick up a new 4-season system from CWS this year. Thanks!

I purchased a point of use filtration system and dealt with Mark. They definitely know what they are doing. From the point of ordering to picking up .y unit, Mark was awesome and even reoriented certain components on the setup to accommodate me. Such a great positive and friendly attitude and willing to take the time to answer questions. I would highly recommend checking them out online or giving them a call. The store isnt open to the public at the moment due to covid-19.

Exceptional Product and Service. We recently purchased a water filtration system for an island cottage in Muskoka. The system arrived in two boxes which were easily transported to the island. Packaging was professionally done, and the instructions were very easy to follow (they included custome instructions for assembly and operation - winterizing, summerizing, etc.). I've retained a copy and will be referring to them on an ongoing basis for filter changes, winterizing, etc. All of my questions were answered promptly and professionally.
