After connected a number of realtors Barb was the only one that called us back, to arrange a visit she did her homework about the house and the neighborhood prior to the visit. She answered all our questions/concerns and provided great advice, she worked with us and for us to best market the house. Unfortunately we have to terminate our contract early due to leak of interest from buyers.

Very terrible experience, I never would of expected an agent to lie to me an say the deal fell though. I talked to the buyer that we accepted an offer for. After the home inspection the buyer replied with a lower price then what we accepted previously, but the agent failed to tell us this and said the deal fell through. Also we have a sick family member in hospital, which is why we are selling the house to pay for hospital bills, and we told the agent this. don't trust AL SCHUTT!!!
