Kind, professional and willing to explain things as well. I had plenty of new "stuff" come up in my life that made taxes daunting. My husband and I decided to try doing our taxes elsewhere this year. We picked this place and are happy we did. Kaliana was very personable, honest, explained everything and even sent us to find receipts for extra tax help. Besides being less expensive then places we have used in Red Deer she was awesome.
