I had a great appointment with Dr Tod Beaulne and Rebeca Beaulne, they made this visit very Positive. I suffer from extreme dental anxiety but that wasn't a problem for these two! They were able to make me feel comfortable and safe while in their care. Together they were able to fix issues I had putting off for too long. The reception staff is very friendly and professional, creating a calm and easy waiting room.
I still have anxiety but I feel comfortable knowing I will be good hands my next visit.

Highly recommend Graystone Dental Centre. After going to two other dental offices in town. This was by far the best! My daughter is six and had a bad experience at the previous dentist and was really nervous. They were so gentle and fun with her. They took the time to explain everything really well and anwser all our questions. Our daughter went from being terrified to wanting to go back again. We will be switch the whole family to Graystone Dental.

I went to this clinic for the first time just for basic yearly cleaning. I will start with the good. They are very friendly between the dentist, hygienists and unit clerk, super clean technique and facility. This is the bad. I would be aware of the billing and pricing, because most people don't know how much things actually cost. I have a family… member who does. I was shocked at my bill when I received it because of the charge for 4 scaling units, each scaling unit is 100$ average. Scaling units go off of time spent doing this procedure (google it if you don't know what this is). Which

There’s not enough words to appreciate the care and consideration taken by the docs, hygienists and admin alike. I had a root canal today and while I went in horribly anxious and uneasy, I was in disbelief at how gentle and efficient Dr. Brown and Nikita were. I am actually excited at the possibility of having a healthy smile again because for the first time in many many years, I feel like it’s an attainable goal. Thank you a million times over.

Unfortunately this is the worst dental center I have ever been. I had molar broken and needed to be fixed immediately, and I was told by Dr brown only option available for your molar is extract it totally, because half of your molar is broken and no way to repair it, and will do the extract after one month because I am going to vacation and I won't be here next 4 weeks. He also did not make me a referral to next available dentist.
That was harsh and I shocked. I just walked away and fixed it eventually at better place

I visited the dentist for my 2 day old having a lip tie.
Both dentist and staff were amazing; they were patient, considerate, and professional. They recomended I step into the hall where the washroom is so I wouldn't hear her cry while my husband stayed with baby on his shoulder for the entire procedure afterwards the let me stay in the patients chair and bf until we felt she was calm to take home. They even postponed the claim to our insurances to allow her name to be added to our benifit plans!
