I first heard about Vacations for Heroes through a collegue from work. When I first signed up, a member of Vacations for Heroes contacted me within 48hrs. I told them what kind of vacation I was looking for and they began their search. I was sent several emails with different ideas and suggestions on places to go.
Thanks to my RCMP friends in Haiti, I discovered Vacations for Heroes. We booked three holidays with VFH. We love our experience we have with the company and especially with our agent Krista. She is extremely professional and we had excellent trips through VFH and Krista. I recommended the site to numerous colleagues and they were all happy with the service and the price.

I wrote an email to their general inquiry line to request help with a trip but received no response. I inquired again through email 2 weeks later making the same general inquiry. I received an auto generated email that said inquiries take 48 hours to get to (understandable). Over 1 week later I received and email back saying:
'Hello,
Thank you for your e-mail.
You asked about airfare. We are not able to assist with airline travel. We only offer timeshare resort reservations.'
That's it, no follow up as to how they might be able to assist me with my trip. My original inquiry was fairly open
