The level of customer service I received here was unlike anything I've experienced before. After purchasing flooring I went back and ordered transition pieces. However I never got around to picking them up to install. No joke, more then a year later, I contacted them to see if they still had them by any chance. I really wasn't expecting them to, or even remember who I was. However to my surprise Mandy remembered me and infact still had the transition pieces, even after moving their business to a new building across town. I highly recommend Board Of Your Flooring!

I could not be more impressed with this company, Mandy specifically, since she's the person I dealt with. I'm an interior decorator in Burlington and I was trying to find a retailer with excellent pricing that I could purchase Karndean luxury vinyl tiles from. Board of Your Flooring has the best prices I could find, and I was able to place my order over the phone and pick up at the Burlington warehouse of the supplier.
