Our classes are all coach-led, with functional movements scalable to any ability level. So, you're basically getting small group personal training for less than $10/class (on a monthly membership). Our classes are meant to challenge you. If you're bored with your current routine, or need an extra push, this is for you.

Services
Each day the workout will work to test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, never putting the focus on one particular thing (not specializing) with the goal of building bodies that are capable of anything and everything that life can offer. The WOD (workout of the day) will have the prescribed (Rx'd) weights, distances, reps, etc - but can always be scaled based on age, ability and skill level.
A fun, inclusive, program where, at the beginning of each class, we'll work on a skill with emphasis on good movement mechanics (squats, pushups, etc), followed by some fun games or an obstacle course. Kid-Fit will enhance athletic performance in all sports; and, research indicates that exercise can also be beneficial to cognitive function.

Hands down, the best choice I’ve made was going to CrossFit Carstairs, excellent coaching and an atmosphere that makes you want to train. I look forward to walking through the doors and feel so good when I leave. The coaches truly go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. I go about 4-5 times a week and love the energy, the positive environment, and the people who take the classes. It's the perfect workout environment. The works outs are always challenging no matter your fitness level, the other members are encouraging and inspiring, all workouts are led by a coach who gives hands-on

Luke and Michelle have created an incredible fitness community in Carstairs. It is an awesome place regardless of your fitness level. Classes are a very positive atmosphere and every movement is able to be scaled to your fitness level. Incredible value for money when compared to other Crossfit gyms. Love being there!

I wish I would have joined the gym sooner, I thought the workouts would be too intense and I would not be able to participate. This is not the case, Crossfit is for anybody at any fitness level. The coaches at Crossfit Carstairs are very supportive, always willing and able to adapt the workout to your level. Not only are the coaches supportive but also the members, I’ve never been to a class where there has not been cheers or congratulations. What a great group to be a part of, no regrets here.

CrossFit Carstairs is a fantastic workout! And it’s for EVERYONE, regardless of your age or fitness level. Michelle and Luke are excellent at demonstrating and modifying the exercises so that each individual can participate and strive to do their personal best. The atmosphere is supportive and inspirational. The workouts are fun, challenging and tons of variety. If you’re looking for a great overall fitness program, CrossFit Carstairs is the workout for you!

We are so lucky to have this facility and it's coaches in our small town. Crossfit has pushed me out of my comfort zone of fitness and has provided a great community of support and encouragement! It really is great for people of all levels of fitness as there is scaled versions for everyone. Plus I have learned new words like EMOM and WODS :) Highly recommend!
